Sustainable Home Initiatives
Our sustainable home initiatives promote environmental stewardship and community resilience. Through property acquisition, rezoning, and development, we provide support for eco-friendly development and home repairs that enhance the well-being of communities. Education Access
Education is vital for empowerment. We provide information to program participants about additional programs and grants which they may be available. Our hope is to provide a path for the resident to find additional assistance which may be available.
Homeowner Disaster Preparation
Our teams educate residents on how to prepare in the case of a hurricane or extended power outage. This plan includes a shelter in place discussion and an emergency evacuation plan.
Sustainable Homes Initiatives
Our sustainable home initiatives promote cultivating strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders. Identify new project sites for acquisition and development based on current market conditions and development trends. The program promotes environmental stewardship and community resilience. At SGF we provide support for Locally sourced and eco-friendly practices and home repairs that enhance the well-being of communities.
